We asked yachting journalist, Tracey Clarke, to find out more about the man who has been steering the course of the RYA for the last seven years, CEO Rod Carr. Whilst pottering up the Beaulieu River, Tracey Discovers what makes Rod cross and what he is passionate about, his views on boating in Britain and why he believes our members support is so critical in helping to protect the traditional freedoms we all enjoy on the water.
